Course Description – The fire watch training course is designed to train personnel in performing the role of a fire watch and identifying, controlling and preventing fires in the workplace by teaching correct operations and procedures to control and extinguish a fire.

Course Objectives – By the end of the fire watch training, the delegate should be able to:

• Describe the principles of fire initiation, classification and spread of fire
• Explain the basic principles of fire prevention methods and the prevention of fire spread
